Carlisle Coatings & Waterproofing manufactures a wide variety of elastomeric polyurethane deck coating systems. These low odor systems serve to protect the structure by waterproofing the concrete substrate while providing an attractive wearing surface. Each system consists of a durable, slip-resistant (optional) wearing surface and a waterproofing layer, which protects the above-grade decks from the damaging effects of water and chlorine ion penetration, thereby preventing the water from penetrating the spaces below. Carlisle 500 series deck-coating systems meet the requirements of almost any project. These one-part elastomeric polyurethane systems are excellent for pedestrian walkways, apartment balconies, plaza decks, terraces, rooftops, mechanical rooms, wet areas, and high traffic vehicular decks. They can also be used under tiles, pavers and ballasted roof systems.

Carlisle Eco-Fast II Deck Coating System
The Eco-Fast II system is a one and two-component, solvent-free, 100% solids deck coating system (Low VOC) designed for protecting concrete from the damaging effect of water and chloride ion penetration. The system is excellent for pedestrian walkways, balconies and mechanical rooms where traditional deck coating attributes may be discouraged. The Eco-Fast II system can also be used for vehicular applications, such as interior/ exterior parking garages and ramps by simply modifying the applied thickness and aggregate used.

Carlisle Sure-Weld TPO Roofing Membrane System
Carlisle Sure-Weld TPO is a Thermoplastic Polyoefin reinforced sheet membrane that is PVC free (no chloride emissions) and is easy to install, No shrinkage, UV stable, tough & durable. The membrane is comprised of three layers - a TPO polymer base; a strong, polyester-reinforced fabric centre (scrim) and a tough thermoplastic polyolefin compounded top ply. Because the top ply is the most vital membrane component for long-term weathering characteristics, Carlisle manufacturers its membrane with an industry leading "thicker" and "smoother" top ply coverage. The smooth surface resists dirt pick-up and biological growth compared to other thermoplastic membranes.
